Anything you share when you book means the call starts where you are rather than at the beginning. Common cars we can usually speak to on the spot. Unusual ones we look into first.

Timing changes what is available. Programs, allocation and incentives move monthly, so a loose timeline still helps.

A trade-in, an ending lease, or financing already arranged simply changes the order of the work.

What happens on the call?
Fifteen minutes, and most of it is us listening. You say what you drive now and what you are considering; we tell you what that car is doing in the California market this month, what it should cost, and what the sensible next move is.
What does it cost?
The consultation is complimentary. If you go on to engage us, the fee is a flat $299 for a new vehicle and $399 for pre-owned and certified pre-owned, the same figure whatever the car costs.
Do I need to know which car I want?
No. Most clients start with a requirement rather than a model: three rows that fit car seats, a commute, a number to stay under. That is plenty to work from, and narrowing it is part of what the call is for.
Do we have to meet in person?
Rarely. We work across San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles, Riverside County, Sacramento and the Bay Area, and most clients handle the whole thing remotely. The Carlsbad office is open by appointment if you would rather sit down.
