Andrea expertly facilitated the purchase of our new car. As soon as I told her I was ready to buy, she identified potential inventory and provided guidance on different models. Her process is efficient and seamless—not having to go to any dealers is worth it in and of itself! I would highly recommend to anyone who purchasing a car.

This is the second time my family has worked with Andrea at CarOracle, and somehow she managed to make an already great experience even better. I had been dreading the end of my BMW lease for months. Many of the EV incentives that existed three years ago are gone, I was way over my allotted mileage and my car had some significant scratches from an unfortunate run-in with our gate. Add my absolute hatred of walking into a dealership and negotiating a new lease, and I was genuinely stressed about the entire process. Then Andrea told me she would handle it. And she did. She started by asking detailed questions about what I wanted, including the features that were must-haves, nice-to-haves and things I could live without. She listened to my concerns about affordability and was very straightforward about what was realistic in today's market and what wasn't. Then she researched options throughout Southern California, using her extensive dealer relationships to find vehicles and deals that were far better than anything I had found on my own. The options she presented had better pricing, better terms and more upgrades. She also handled my lease-end issues and negotiated everything into the new deal. I don't know exactly what kind of magic happened behind the scenes, but I ended up with significantly more car and a payment that's only about $14 more per month than my previous lease. Andrea's communication throughout the process was incredible. She was fast, proactive and kept me informed without requiring me to spend my workday thinking about a car lease. I answered a few questions, chose from several great options and she took care of everything else. I opted to pick up the car at the dealership myself. By the time I arrived, every term had already been negotiated. I reviewed the paperwork, spent most of my time learning how to use the new features and drove away. Easy peasy. We first worked with Andrea when she found my husband a truck for substantially less than what he had found himself—and with far more upgrades. That's why calling her again was an easy decision. The best thing about working with Andrea is knowing she combines deep industry experience with a genuine commitment to getting her clients the best possible deal. If the thought of shopping for and negotiating your next vehicle gives you a headache, save yourself the stress. Let Andrea get you an incredible deal while you spend your time doing literally anything you'd rather be doing. Hands down, the best vehicle experience I've ever had.

I had an excellent experience with CarOracle from start to finish, and Andrea was a huge part of that. She took great care of me throughout the entire process and made what can normally be a stressful and time-consuming car-buying experience feel simple and manageable. Loved working with Andrea at Car Oracle! She helped us figure out what car we wanted, helped us find the best deal and negotiated every little detail. Buying cars is not easy and takes so much time. Working with an expert was so refreshing. No waiting on the manager, no fear of missing out on the best deal. I KNOW I got the best deal. I KNOW I got the best car for us and I KNOW didn't buy anything I didn't need. I can't recommend this broker enough! They are an amazing team!

Andrea went above and beyond to help me with my car search, with the added complexity of being across the country and needing to purchase a car in CA. Our first time using a car concierge service for our new car purchase and we got lucky with CarOracle. The price for this service was amazing. We had our brand new car, delivered within 3 days of our request. We got the exact color, trim and interior we wanted at a lower price than any of the dealers were offering (a Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy, black exterior with light grey interior). And we saved so much time. Doing the credit app, contract and paperwork all through the computer with no long wait at the dealership. I have been recommending CarOracle to all of my friend. And we will definitely use them again.

I will never buy a car without Brett again. He was able to get me what I wanted within my budget, and he really overdelivered. He was able to get extra incentives from the dealer, and the car was delivered to my driveway. I didn’t have to even worry about stepping foot on the dealership lot. It was so easy. I got a price that I know was significantly better than anything I had been quoted going to some of the dealerships that I had talked to. At the end of the day, I got a better, more equipped car than what I was originally expecting, and all for an absolutely unbelievable price. So it was end to end. I couldn’t be happier. We needed a car quickly. I thought it was almost so easy, it was almost a little bit alarming at first. So basically, I got on the phone. I didn’t have too many specifics. I was looking for an SUV that could hold me, my wife, and our son, so a car seat in the back. Nothing too huge, but nothing too small. So I gave what I would consider a very vague description. And then you all went off and came back and started suggesting things. Over the course of two, three, four conversations, there were a couple different cars I looked at that I thought were interesting. So it felt like a collaborative process, but also super easy at the time.
