I just can’t even believe there’s a service like this that I didn’t know about. But I’m so glad there is, because I’ll definitely be recommending him.

I got a price that I know was significantly better than anything I had been quoted going to some of the dealerships that I had talked to. At the end of the day, I got a better, more equipped car than what I was originally expecting. And all for an absolutely unbelievable price. So it was end to end. I couldn’t be happier. I thought it was almost so easy. It was almost a little bit alarming at first. So basically I got on the phone. I didn’t have too many specifics. I was looking for an SUV that could hold me, my wife, and our son. So car seat in the back. Nothing too huge, but nothing too small. So I gave what I would consider a very vague description. And then you all went off and came back and started suggesting things. Over the course of two, three, four conversations, there was a couple different cars I looked at that I thought were interesting. So it felt like a collaborative process, but also super easy at the time. I didn’t feel like I had to come to the table knowing exactly what I wanted and exactly how I wanted it done.

Andrea with CarOracle was fantastic to deal with in our search for a new Cadillac Escalade. We had a pretty specific list of requirements which required her to search out multiple dealers and search local and distant inventories. She crushed it and found everything we had asked for and more. From first contact with Andrea, we had our new Escalade delivered to us within 48 hours. I spent over a week doing the car-buying circus: calling dealers, comparing quotes, going back and forth on offers, dealing with salespeople who changed the numbers every time. EXHAUSTING. I had more than 10 offers on the table and was about to settle. Then I found CarOracle. I'll admit I was skeptical, so I checked them out on Google, Yelp, and the BBB first. Best decision I made in this whole process! In less than 12 hours, Andrea found me my DREAM car, a gorgeous RED Ioniq 5, at a better price than anything I'd negotiated myself, with 0% financing, delivered right to my door. Read this review on GoogleBuying a car is one of the things in life I genuinely dread. It’s a major purchase, it takes a lot of time, and the process can feel unnecessarily stressful and opaque. This one was especially important to us because it was our daughter’s first car (upon completing graduate school), so we wanted to make sure we got it right. Working with Andrea Nanjiani at CarOracle made the whole experience completely different. We reached out for help navigating the AWD hybrid market, and Andrea helped us compare the different options, walked us through the pros and cons of buying vs. leasing, cash vs. financing, interest rates and dealer incentives. Everything was explained clearly, and we always felt like we knew exactly what was going on. Once our daughter decided on the car, Andrea took over the dealer negotiations, which saved us a huge amount of time and stress. She also arranged to have the car delivered from L.A. to Carlsbad and was there in person when it arrived to make sure everything looked right and the handoff went smoothly. The thing I appreciated most was that she took away the stressful and time consuming parts of buying a car while still making us feel liek part of the process. She just made the whole thing much easier. My only regret is that we didn’t find CarOracle and Andrea sooner. We already expect to use her again for 2 more vehicle purchases over the next 6 to 12 months. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who wants a less stressful way to buy a car.

We ultimately ended up purchasing our car on our own, so Andrea didn’t earn a broker fee from our purchase, yet she continued to go above and beyond helping us throughout the process. She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and generous with her time, giving us candid advice on pricing, financing, shipping a vehicle from Southern California, and what to watch out for when dealing with dealerships. One example really stood out. We had received a very attractive TrueCar/Credit Karma offer from a Bay Area Hyundai dealer, scheduled an appointment, and were preparing to drive over an hour to complete the deal. Andrea strongly recommended that we confirm the exact pricing and terms in writing before making the trip, because dealers don’t always honor these offers as expected. Sure enough, when we pressed the dealer for confirmation, they told us they suddenly were no longer honoring the TrueCar discount. Andrea’s advice saved us a wasted two-hour round trip and likely a very frustrating experience at the dealership. She also gave us great guidance on avoiding unnecessary dealer add-ons and evaluating whether an out-of-area deal was really worthwhile after factoring in shipping costs. What impressed me most was that Andrea kept helping even after it became clear we would not be purchasing through her. That says a lot about how she approaches her clients and the level of customer service she provides. She genuinely seemed more interested in helping us get the right car at a good price than simply closing a deal. I would absolutely use CarOracle for a future vehicle purchase and highly recommend Andrea to anyone looking for an experienced, trustworthy advocate during the car-buying process.

Cotacting them and setting up and appointment was quick and easy. Andrea was our representative and she was amazing! We mentioned this was our first time buying a vehicle through a broker and she went over all steps in great detail. We wanted an SUV that was hot on the market and hard to find. Actually we had low confidence that she or anyone could find one. After our call Andrea got to work and within days she responded notifying us that our exact vehicle was inbound to in a few weeks. Unfortunately the specific timing was not perfect given prior travel plans, however Andrea went above and beyond to coordinate with the dealership to accommodate our schedule and ensure a smooth sale. Andrea was very responsive, answering any concerns we had almost immediately every step of the way. The level of service provided by Andrea exceeded my expectations. I had been dreading the end of my BMW lease for months. Many of the EV incentives that existed three years ago are gone, I was way over my allotted mileage and my car had some significant scratches from an unfortunate run-in with our gate. Add my absolute hatred of walking into a dealership and negotiating a new lease, and I was genuinely stressed about the entire process. Then Andrea told me she would handle it. And she did. She started by asking detailed questions about what I wanted, including the features that were must-haves, nice-to-haves and things I could live without. She listened to my concerns about affordability and was very straightforward about what was realistic in today's market and what wasn't. Then she researched options throughout Southern California, using her extensive dealer relationships to find vehicles and deals that were far better than anything I had found on my own. The options she presented had better pricing, better terms and more upgrades. She also handled my lease-end issues and negotiated everything into the new deal. I don't know exactly what kind of magic happened behind the scenes, but I ended up with significantly more car and a payment that's only about $14 more per month than my previous lease. Andrea's communication throughout the process was incredible. She was fast, proactive and kept me informed without requiring me to spend my workday thinking about a car lease. I answered a few questions, chose from several great options and she took care of everything else. I opted to pick up the car at the dealership myself. By the time I arrived, every term had already been negotiated. I reviewed the paperwork, spent most of my time learning how to use the new features and drove away. Easy peasy. We first worked with Andrea when she found my husband a truck for substantially less than what he had found himself—and with far more upgrades. That's why calling her again was an easy decision. The best thing about working with Andrea is knowing she combines deep industry experience with a genuine commitment to getting her clients the best possible deal. If the thought of shopping for and negotiating your next vehicle gives you a headache, save yourself the stress. Let Andrea get you an incredible deal while you spend your time doing literally anything you'd rather be doing. Hands down, the best vehicle experience I've ever had.

This time I decided to use a broker for my wife's car, did my research and found Andrea and CarOracle. I contacted her on Tuesday, by Wednesday she had a list of amazing car options and Thursday I picked up the car as a happy new owner. From now on, that's the only way I'll be buying cars. As an individual you cannot match the broker's ability to find hidden gems, take out all the hassle of buying and all for a ridiculously small fee. Andrea was super responsive and I am a very satisfied customer. Only downside: I feel guilty about how small her fee was.

We had our brand new car, delivered within 3 days of our request. We got the exact color, trim and interior we wanted at a lower price than any of the dealers were offering (a Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy, black exterior with light grey interior). And we saved so much time. Doing the credit app, contract and paperwork all through the computer with no long wait at the dealership. I have been recommending CarOracle to all of my friend. After looking at cars locally, researching how to get the best OTD (Out The Door) price, looking at online buying services (Costco, TrueCar, etc) we decided to look at car brokers so we did not have go through the awful car buying/leasing experience. We knew what we wanted and had a very good idea of what the price would be and what we wanted to get it at. We hit the jackpot with Andrea at CarOracle. We did reach out to other brokers but her ability to communicate, knowledge base and attentiveness sold us on her service. It went so smoothly. She was patient with us and answered all of our questions. The price she got for our new 2026 car lease was below what we thought we could get. The process was easy and painless. After the e-signatures the night before we went to the dealer the next morning was greeted by our contact, escorted to his office, signed the papers in less the 15 minutes and then took us to the car and sat with us to make sure we were comfortable driving off the lot. No stress. We felt well taken care of by Andrea and the dealer. Andrea also connected us with someone to buy are old car. That process was excellent too. We highly recommend CarOracle. I got the most white glove service I could have desired, and for only $99! Andrea made the entire experience effortless. I gave her a few cars I was interested in, along with my max payments desired and within 2 days she had the best deals I have seen texted to me. I confirmed the car I wanted in the morning and with less than 5 minutes of work on my end (e-signing), the car was delivered to my doorstep by that afternoon. Highly highly recommend.

When I had my initial call with Andrea, I shared a list of cars we were considering purchasing for our teenager, but mentioned we were open to similar options. I told her the most important things were longevity and safety, gave her our budget, and how many miles I was willing to have on the car if we bought used. Andrea told me about her husband's extensive experience in the auto industry, so I felt comfortable knowing he would steer us away from models or years that didn't meet their high expectations. Andrea came back the next day with her best options, and after discussing thoroughly we decided to go with a new car within our budget where she handled all the negotiations with the dealership, and I was able to fill out the majority of dealership forms ahead of time digitally through DocuSign. It was such a breeze working with CarOracle, and I can't believe we have keys in hand for a car we love 3 days after our initial chat. We had bought a car for my wife about two years ago and spent 6 hours at the dealership and my nightmare was I was going to have to do that again. CarOracle came in and did all the negotiating, paperwork, selling of my other car, and essentially made this the easiest car buy experience I have ever had. I told them my budget, what I wanted in the vehicle, my must haves and what I could live without and they took care of the rest. It really was that easy. Andrea made this the easiest experience for me. I have already given their name out to a few friends and could not be happier with service. What I think is the best part and I need to highlight, is I felt above everything else Andrea was honest with me. She treated me like a family member and took away all the stress. Previously, I have always felt like there was always an underlining lie that sales folk were giving me at the dealerships, but Andrea was honest with me from start to finish. She gave me good and bad news but never made me feel for one second that she did not have my best interest always at heart. Really I do recommend using CarOracle anytime you need to buy a car.

Read this review on GoogleI have waited a long time to purchase a new vehicle and had done my research but was frustrated with the "extra sticker price" that is added to many vehicles when you go to the dealership (add ons that are nice but are not what I want necessarily). I discovered this auto broker through a friend and am so grateful how easy Brett made the process. Not only did he negotiate a vehicle without the extra sticker price but he also was able to get the vehicle for below MSRP. He set up everything with the dealership ahead of time so I was only at the dealership for about a half hour max to test drive the vehicle, sign the contract and take the vehicle home, all with no pressure. Usually it's a much lengthier process just to sign the paperwork because often the dealership comes in and tries to talk you into other add ons. Brett also gave me great information (including consumer reports videos) about the 2 vehicles I was looking at to help me decide which helped tremendously. I felt no pressure along the way and the whole process was so easy! Also, I think it's important for an auto broker to be a good listener and Brett definitely listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. We will definitely come back to Brett when we are ready for another new vehicle. I highly recommend him and have already told other friends how easy and informative he made this purchase. Oh and one more very important detail...I love my new car!!!

There is so much technology and change taking place today with cars that actually speaking with someone who is keeping track of the cars, their features, inventory levels and incentives; and who has no preference in what brand I choose is very helpful. I am still figuring out which car to purchase, and when I decide I will have Brett at CarOracle represent me in the purchase as the auto broker. As of right now, they get 5 stars for helping me consider a few cars that weren't on my list as well as helping me understand the available new car incentives for plug-in hybrids.
